How Do I Make An Appointment?
Simply call my office on (03) 9852-3044 or press the “make a booking” button on my website to make an initial Naturopathic appointment. Please provide your phone number and email address so we can follow up with you.
Depending on your preference you will either receive a telephone call at your appointment time or be sent a Zoom link to your email address and you then start the video conference call. Please make sure you have downloaded the Zoom app beforehand.
How Do I Pay ?
Before your consultation, you will receive a call from my front desk staff or receive an invoice via email. Payment can be made via Direct Debit Transfer with internet banking or credit card with my staff. Payment for your consultation must be made before your appointment.
Supplements if prescribed and if you then decide to purchase them will need to be paid for by credit card or direct deposit. They will then be posted or couriered to you including postage or courier charges.
What Is The Cost?
Your initial session is 45 minutes and $125 Follow up appointments are 30 minutes and $85
Complementary 15 minute discovery telephone call-no charge.

- Pathology and Functional pathology testing to try and find the cause of your concern.

How do I receive my supplements?
If supplements ( usually practitioner only) are recommended to you, they will be delivered to your home or office by Australia Post or by courier.
What happens during an Online Consultation?
Before your appointment you will be emailed a comprehensive health and medical history questionnaire. Which you need to fill out and email back to me.
As a Naturopath I’m dedicated to finding and then treating the cause of your health concern or pain condition. If required I may run some pathology tests to try and find the cause. If so you will receive pathology request forms via email, and some pathology kits via post. Other tests will be carried out at local pathology clinics.
Your initial consultation will be for 45 minutes, and your follow-up appointments will be 30 minutes. Either by telephone or Zoom video, your choice.
Within 24 hrs of your appointment, you will be emailed a personalised, and detailed health plan.

Personalised Approach
Everyone is different, the reason you have a particular health concern is not necessarily the reason someone else has that same condition. Because of this I take an individual and tailored approach to your care plan. Your care plan may include many Naturopathic approaches including :- positive lifestyle changes like making dietary changes, therapeutic exercise , sleep hygiene and stress reduction techniques. Balancing hormones, improving gut health, supporting adrenal function, and addressing nutritional deficiencies. Organising pathology testing, reading current tests that you may already have...and the list goes on, depending on your individual needs and situation. This is definitely not a cookie cutter approach.
I may even need to concurrently refer you to another healthcare professional for specific advice.
If required you will also receive pathology request forms via post or email, and pathology kits via post. These typically may include saliva testing for hormones, nutritional deficiency testing, hair mineral analysis, food sensitivity testing, complete digestive stool analysis to test lower gut function and range of other standard and functional tests. Please note tests are an extra cost, you will pay for these tests via the lab running the tests and its entirely your choice. Reports will be sent to me and we will then discuss the findings. And then additions to your initial appointment recommendations can be made with this new information.
